Minority Ethnic

Hello. My name is Sathnam Sanghera and I am an ethnic minority. At least, I thought I was until Tuesday, when I spent an afternoon watching a training DVD entitled Race: Creating an Inclusive Workplace, and learnt that the correct term is now “minority ethnic”.
