
Interview Questions

It’s 11.30 on a Friday morning. I’m sitting in a large book-lined room, and a dozen pair of eyes are trained on me, with varying degrees of pity and impatience, as I stammer and stutter and stall.
If you’ve ever participated in a panel job interview, you’ll know the feeling. Few things are more stressful. But the full truth of this situation is that I’m not the one being interviewed for the job – a position on a charitable body. I’m actually one of the panel posing the questions.
